We are fostering the development of safe cities, working with police departments and municipalities to install over 4,000 red-light, speed, and school bus stop arm safety cameras across North America. We are also creating smart roadways, serving the world's largest commercial fleets and rental car companies to manage tolling transactions and violations for over 8.5 million vehicles. And we are a leading provider of connected systems, processing nearly 165 million transactions each year across 50+ individual tolling authorities.

Culture

Verra Mobility Corporation is a rapidly-growing, entrepreneurial company that operates with a people-first philosophy and approach. The company lives by its core values-Do What's Right, Lead with Grace, Win Together, and Own It-in everything it does for its customers and team members. The company seeks to grow aggressively, both organically and through acquisition, to continue to be the undisputed market leader with these five core competencies: bias for action, customer focus, teamwork, drive for results, and commitment to excellence.

Position Overview:

Verra Mobility is seeking an experienced Client Implementation Specialist with a combination of customer-facing, project management, and requirements management experience to partner with the Project Leader (Project or Program Manager) to implement complex and high-priority technology programs for state and local government. The role will be accountable for accurately managing, capturing, and documenting customer business rules and requirements, which impact program compliance and execution. This position is part of the Government Solutions PMO (Project Management & Client Implementation Office) and will work closely with a cross-functional team including Engineering, Legal, Sales, Product and Operations. The ideal candidate is excited to directly contribute to this dynamic Business Unit's growth, working across the organization alongside other motivated colleagues.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Management and coordination with cross-functional teams to compile and document business requirements for client configuration and document management.
  • Collaborate with Engineering Teams to draft, finalize and deliver program documents, which may include citations/notices, certifications, and other materials that may be required by a program.
  • Coordinate and drive the BRQ (Business Requirements Questionnaire) deliverable process with internal contributors and external customers.
  • Document Version Management including audit trail and revision management for multiple clients, impacting their notices, certifications, affidavits, and other applicable documentation.
  • Identify and escalate potential legal issues to attorneys and assist in resolution, and under the supervision of the Company's legal department, conduct research and provide related guidance to the business as appropriate.
  • Partner with the Project Manager to deliver updates to senior leadership at specified milestones in the program implementation process.
  • Champion lessons learned, best practices, and customer feedback.

Qualifications and Soft Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree or applicable experience in a similar role.
  • 5+ years in a client-facing role, managing business requirements as a Business Analyst, Client Configuration Specialist, or similar role, in support of technology program implementations and collaboration with Engineering and software development teams.
  • Experience in review of contracts including statements of work and professional services agreements.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills to facilitate successful interaction with all levels of management and staff; including the ability to communicate to technical and non-technical people.
  • Strong organizational and time and project management skills to drive efforts to completion.
  • Experience working directly with sales and operations teams preferred, but not required.
  • Familiarity with business analysis skills such as process flow documenting.
  • Must be well-organized, have a strong attention to detail, and have the ability to work on multiple projects with changing priorities.
  • Influential with others and demonstrated ability to collaborate with and hold others accountable for deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite including SharePoint.
