Description
We are seeking a motivated, self-starting individual to join our Section 125 team as an Enrollment Specialist. As part of our team, you will speak with new clients, discerning their needs to guide you in developing the appropriate action plan for a successful open enrollment. You will also assist with our Section 125 renewal clients, ensuring that they have the appropriate reports and guidance prior to their new plan year start. This position requires a friendly, engaging demeanor as well as impeccable attention to detail and follow-up skills . Our ideal candidate has prior Section 125 experience, strong reporting and presentation skills, root cause analysis expertise, and a passion for client service.

- A coach – you will train and educate clients on our products and provide consultation and guidance as needed
- A subject matter expert – you will be trained on the details of our products so you’re able to effectively relay solutions to our clients
- A collaborator – you will partner with our employer clients as well as our internal team members to solve issues and complete key project initiatives
Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal cross-functional teams (billing, sales, support, etc.)
- Coordinate with IT department to ensure all automation and integrations are complete
- Follow-up on client requests and ensure the client is informed along the way
- Stay current on new product features and train clients accordingly to reinforce our value proposition
- Create Business Review presentations and reports for clients and internal stakeholders based on business needs
- Dive head-first to solve integration issues quickly and effectively
- Review current business processes and workflows to find new ways to deliver excellent service, both internally and externally
- Identify future product enhancements and future sales opportunities
- Adhere to all deadlines driven by the business
- Assist and backup team members as needed to meet team service levels and deadlines
Requirements
- Ability to create project management reports and GANTT charts
- Ability to analyze operational data and sales data to create reports and make needed recommendations
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of customer service experience
