Client Launch Lead, Expansion

Summary

The Client Launch Lead is the on-site partner of the Launch (expansion) Manager for the launch of new clients. The Client Launch Lead is responsible for running Kick Offs and training, supervising new Community Engagement teams, planning venues, and running new client ground operations.

Requirements

• You will work with the Implementation Manager to lead the launch of the Connect For Life program for new clients in a variety of markets.
• You will hire, train, and supervise new Community Engagement teams, ranging from 2 to 6 individuals and monitor their performance
• You will monitor schedules for new hires and assure the timeline execution of the event
• You will design and execute virtual and in-person events for members, fostering relationships with and between members to help encourage wellness outcomes.
• You will train and mentor new Community Engagement teams to take over the client from you as it achieves growth targets.
• You will maintain detailed records of your interactions with members using Wider Circle's proprietary software on a computer, tablet, or smartphone.
• You will identify members who are natural leaders and invite them to serve as Wider Circle Ambassadors who will help you manage members and run events.
• You will connect with prospective members and develop individualized plans for them to enroll in the Connect For Life program.
• You will create and maintain partnerships with local community-based organizations to bring additional services to our members' attention.
• You will work with your team to set actionable membership engagement and growth goals and will hold yourself accountable for achieving them.

Qualifications

• You have an innate passion for serving others.
• You have 5+ years of relevant community outreach, organizing, sales, teaching, facilitation, or volunteer experience. Healthcare experience is a plus.
• You have proven management experience, with teams of at least 5 people
• You are able to manage a remote workforce
• You exhibit strong interpersonal skills, including an ability to engage with others, actively listen, and conduct yourself in a personable, yet professional manner.
• You have exceptional organizational skills and a dedication to getting things done, no matter what gets in your way.
• You love to mentor and train, empowering others to do your job so that you can focus on the bigger picture.
• You have excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal, and are comfortable speaking one-on-one and to larger groups.
• You have demonstrated the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of an organization.
• You have an outgoing personality and unwavering, positive attitude, with the ability to comfortably engage with others in person and via video conference or phone.
• You have strong computer skills and the ability to navigate web-based and app-based systems.
• You can work independently in a remote work environment with little oversight.
• You are open to extensive travel (up to 50%).
• You are committed to a drug-free workplace and ready for pre-employment substance abuse testing and background checks.
