Building strong, lasting relationships with clients by being transparent, open, and committed, the client team creates the right platform and project structure for Elephant to deliver unique and impactful creative solutions.

Dedicated and driven, the Client Lead provides both strategic and tactical leadership across multi-million dollar engagements, while keeping up-to-date on daily project activities. We need someone who’s able to identify a client’s business needs and work with both the client and the various Elephant teams to understand, define, and build effective and innovative solutions that generate measurable results. A Client Lead is the kind of person who will know what you want—and what you need—even before you realize you want it. They can take on the point of view of both our clients and our internal teams and they know exactly how to express those perspectives, concerns, and requirements to the other side. They must be prepared to be as much of a leader as they are a communicator and mentor.

The salary range for this position is $121,000 to $165,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
