Job Description: The Client Lead, Growth is an ambitious and results-driven individual responsible for identifying, prospecting, and securing new business opportunities within growth accounts. This role involves building new client relationships and expanding our market presence by delivering tailored solutions that align with client needs. The successful candidate will be eager to learn, highly motivated, and a key contributor to the company’s growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and research potential growth accounts, generating leads through various channels including networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.
- Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in prospective accounts, positioning the company as a trusted partner.
- Sales Presentations: Collaborate with internal teams to prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations that align with client needs and business objectives.
- Revenue Growth: Drive new business development by managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
- Market Expansion: Stay informed on industry trends and market conditions to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior sales team members and internal partners to ensure alignment and support in driving new business initiatives.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and key performance metrics, providing regular updates to sales management.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the media industry
- Experience in business development or marketing, preferably in a B2B environment, a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and eager to develop a successful career in sales.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $125-$140K base salary with incentive-based commission Â
