Position Overview
The Tech Services Client Liaison will ensure our clients have the best possible experience getting support for their General Ledger projects. This role will be responsible for reviewing incoming projects and ensuring actionable work can be done. This role will manage a large intake of work and constantly maintain the incoming queue in order to reduce the amount of time it takes an analyst to start the project. This is a fast paced position and requires the ability to flex between tasks as needed.

  • Support in the review of projects submitted to the team to determine if work is actionable by analysts
  • Use a project management tool to track and organize projects
  • Update project status/dates/notes in a timely manner in Paylocity systems as directed
  • Assist as needed as a system expert for the client to ensure they have the best possible experience
  • Regular attendance at team and management meetings
  • Partner with Team Leads, Managers and analysts to identify project trends

Education and Experience
  • 2 years+ of Administrative experience preferred
  • Remote work experience preferred
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Experience working with Outlook
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer Service background preferred
  • Salesforce/CRM experience is a plus
  • Ability to create or manipulate Salesforce reports is a plus

This role can be performed from any office in the US. The pay range for this position is $25.00/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position offers a full range of benefits outlined here.
