This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Client Management Consultant in the United States.

This role combines client relationship management, strategic consulting, and federal proposal development within the government contracting ecosystem. You will act as a key advisor to clients, helping them navigate complex procurement processes and maximize their success with SBA-related solutions. The position involves leading end-to-end proposal efforts, from research and strategy to writing and submission of high-quality, compliant documents. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions that meet client objectives. The environment is dynamic and remote-first, requiring strong autonomy, organization, and communication skills. This is a high-impact role where your expertise directly contributes to winning government contracts and strengthening long-term client partnerships.

Accountabilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring high-quality service delivery across engagements.
  • Lead the development, writing, and submission of government contract proposals, ensuring full compliance with SBA and federal requirements.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support proposal strategy, client recommendations, and solution development.
  • Advise clients on government procurement processes and SBA programs, helping them position effectively for contract opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored strategies and align solutions with client goals and expectations.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and proposal schedules to ensure timely and successful completion of submissions.
  • Provide ongoing client support throughout the contracting lifecycle, addressing issues and ensuring smooth execution.
  • Monitor industry trends, SBA guidelines, and federal procurement updates to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in client management, proposal writing, and government contracting.
    • Strong understanding of SBA solutions and U.S. government procurement processes.
    • Proven success in developing winning proposals for government contracts.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
    • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote work environment.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and proposal or project management tools.
    • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Nice to have: Master’s degree, consulting or government sector experience, or certifications in project/proposal management.
