Who are we?
PRIME Services is a supply cost management company with Buyers Edge Platform that focuses on removing costs from the supply chain while improving operational efficiency and increasing cash flow.
The cornerstone of PRIME Services, Inc. is a Group Purchasing Program that assists members such as Senior/ Independent Living, Nursing Homes, Assisted Living Communities, Hospitals, and more to save money on the supplies they purchase under national and regional supplier agreements.
This position can be hybrid based out of one of our offices or remotely based.Ā
Who are we looking for?
We are currently seeking to hire a Client Manager who will beĀ responsible for managing new clients accounts and working closely with these clients to add additional cost savings programs. You have high energy and will be a key piece in a team driven culture. This position requires strong interpersonal skills as communication within the team and with clients is crucial. You will lead the management of accounts in conjunction with the Sales team.
Your impact:
- Organize and conduct on-boarding of clients
- Establish and deepen relationships with clients by understanding their business objectives and providing exemplary support as their primary contact within PRIME Services
- Conduct on-going meetings and calls to communicate frequently with clients on updates, information, concerns, and suggestions
- Create and administer a Business Review Process for the top PRIME Services Clients
- Serve as the clientās voice within PRIME Services
- Proactively anticipate customer needs and identify any potential issues. Create recommendations and facilitate action for resolution
- Identify opportunities for potential up sell opportunities including produce, full service, technology etc.
- Conduct on-going meetings and calls to communicate frequently with clients on updates, information, concerns, andĀ opportunities.Ā
- Keeps organized for both the internal team as well as the needs of the clients.Ā
- Proactively anticipate customer needs and identify any potential issues. Create recommendations and facilitate action for resolution.Ā
- Identify opportunities for potential up sell.Ā Ā
- Works together with Sales/Service Team to build and maintain client relationships.Ā
- Manages clients on ongoing basis.Ā Ā
- Keeps Sales/Service team and other applicable parties in the loop of their client status.Ā
- Organizes and conducts business reviews, client calls, meetings inside and outside of office.Ā
- Tracks, follow up for any client involved meetings.Ā
- Keeps internal systems and databases up to date with client informationĀ
- Market new programs and services to clientsĀ in conjunction with the Beyond Prime and Inside Sales Teams
- ProvideĀ appropriateĀ statusĀ updatesĀ on project progressĀ for client
- Must be comfortable being the point person for client and internal departmentsĀ
- Procure, organize, and disperse dataĀ Ā
- Work with Manufacturer Growth specialist teams in drivingĀ additional revenue through direct manufacturers programs.Ā
- Must be comfortable being the point person for client and internal departments
- Have full understanding of Prime Services interaction with Platform brands
What you bring:
- 2+ years of Client Management Experience or equivalent
- College Degree Preferred but not mandatory
- Healthcare Industry knowledge a plus
