World Wide Technology, Inc. has an opportunity available for a Client Manager to support our SLED West team. This position will be focused on working with our internal and external teams to provide solutions and expand our services footprint within the SLED Texas market.

What will you be doing?

The Client Manager's role is to achieve impressive goals by offering World Wide Technology's advanced suite of products through multiple OEM's including Cisco, Dell, HP, NetApp and VMware to name a few. This individual, in partnership with a talented team of System Engineers, will build consultative relationships with current and prospective customers while also focus on expanding WWT's footprint of services capabilities from deployment services to post deployment strategic staffing. This position is a remote position and will require around 25% localized travel.

Responsibilities:

• Work on our SLED West team pursuing and driving strategic programs.
• Provide Insight and Thought Leadership regarding customer challenges and needs
• Forecast and execute on calculated areas within SLED West; assist team with deal program qualification & strategy
• Account planning, plan execution and competitive market positioning of WWT
• Work with various WWT team members on business solutions which will both enhance the role of WWT with our customer as well as drive profitability
• Engage our company "Subject Matter Experts"
• Formal RFP strategy
• Customer presentations of solutions or proposals
• Proposal, Contract review, development, and negotiations
• Opportunity pricing and financial modeling
• Develop new service offerings and solutions
• System demonstrations to customers
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with OEM's and key service providers/partners.

Requirements:

• Current Executive and Leadership relationships within SLED West, specifically Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas
• Current understanding of customer needs and challenges
• 10 or more years working within the customer's environment
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional organizational, communication, presentation, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Flexible schedule with the ability to travel as needed
• Bachelor's Degree
