Client Marketing Sr Associate

The Client Marketing role supports the execution of marketing initiatives in partnership with Marketing and Distribution colleagues aimed at acquiring, developing and retaining clients. By utilizing traditional as well as dynamic methods, such as client segmentation, marketing automation, digital and social methods, this job aims to execute campaign deliverables that deliver high-quality leads to the sales organization.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Develops and prepares marketing campaigns, resource plans, and other promotional materials for the marketing services team.
• Provides tactical and custom marketing support aligned with Client Marketing support model in partnership with functional areas of marketing.
• Establishes and maintains strong working relationships and collaboration with marketing partners, sales organization and business partners.
• Helps identify ideas and opportunities for future state needs related to acquiring, developing, and retaining clients.
• Incorporates a data driven approach to decision making for the marketing department and produces reports for management.
• Monitors market conditions and consumer behavior and maximizes the return-on-investment on marketing campaigns to improve the client experience.

• University (Degree) Preferred

Base Pay Range: $52,700/yr. - $87,900/yr.

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
