About the Role
The FareHarbor Onboarding Team is seeking a Client Onboard Specialist to join the Denver, CO office. The Onboarding Team dedicates their energy to new clients, providing individualized attention in their transition to, and continued support with, FareHarbor.
With a high level of enthusiasm, Client Onboard Specialists will welcome and train our clients on how to use FareHarbor, encouraging self-sufficiency along the way. We are looking for someone articulate, approachable, and naturally inclined to build relationships with others.
What youâll do here:
- Train new clients on the FareHarbor dashboardÂ
- Facilitate a seamless experience from training through implementation
- Communicate across Sales and Account Management teams to ensure client needs are met
- Collaborate on and contribute to departmental and cross-departmental projects
- Become an expert FareHarbor user and stay on top of all new feature releases
- Help develop, improve, and implement standard operating procedures
- Provide excellent customer service during all interactions with clients
Requirements:
- Comfortable multi-tasking, and prioritizing different projects
- Able to work closely and effectively with others
- An excellent verbal and written communicator
- Has the ability to problem solve and think critically on the fly
- Adept at building relationships with others

Salary Range: $45,545-$50,570, plus 10% bonus potentialÂ
