THE ROLE: Client Onboarding Manager
Job Summary:
As a Client Onboarding Manager, you will be responsible for transitioning IT support from a client IT organization to Presidio Managed Services. This client-focused role is critical to ensuring that a client's IT infrastructure management is successfully transitioned to Presidio's Managed Services operations team. The Client Onboarding Manager owns the process of onboarding from start to finish and is integral to the success of Presidio's Managed Services. The Client Onboarding Manager makes sure the contracted services are established and the customer has a positive onboarding experience.
Travel Requirements:
This position does not require any travel.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple onboarding projects simultaneously using Presidio's standard onboarding process
- Create and maintain onboarding timeline to ensure that client expectations and contract deliverables are met
- Setup client into Presidio's IT Service Management system (ITSM) and ensure client IT system information is transferred completely to the system including contracted service level information
- Communicate with client and internal teams on progress and any impediments to driving the onboarding process
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client IT infrastructure is set up and configured properly
- Conduct cadence meetings with client(s) and provide weekly status updates
- Works closely with the support teams, Service Delivery, NOC, Engineering to address customer needs for the project
- Superior project management, time management, and coordination skills to plan, organize, staff, and direct the overall onboarding process
- Demonstrated ability to execute onboarding process successfully on-time and on-budget.
- Demonstrated ability to organize and coordinate all onboarding activities assigned to him/her from planning to tracking progress and reporting issues, and status reporting
- Outstanding people management skills including motivating, developing, coaching, directing, and identifying the best people for the job
- Exceptional interpersonal and active listening skills
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, and active listening skills
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills with the ability to manage relationships by persuading and negotiating with others
- Results-oriented with a demonstrated strong commitment and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
- Ability to manage numerous small projects simultaneously
- Ability to be socially perceptive and be attentive to other's reactions and why they respond as they do
- Strong critical thinking, complex problem solving, appropriate judgment, and decision-making skills

- Proficiency in the English language and reading comprehension

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma/GED or Bachelor's degree and/or military experience
