Summary of Role:
The Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for onboarding AdCellerant’s new media and agency partners into the AdCellerant platform and training them on our product offerings. This individual will be a self-starter, highly organized, proactive, and knowledgeable of the digital marketing space. Day to day tasks include product training, 4-legged sales calls, and developing strategic proposal recommendations.
Responsibilities:
Onboarding: This position is primarily responsible for the onboarding of new partners on all AdCellerant platforms and products. This will require creating a customized curriculum for each partner, detailed follow up on the process, and being a strategic resource for guidance during the process.
Revenue growth: The top priority of new partners is generating revenue and hitting the digital-specific goals they have set for this partnership. It is crucial to track these goals, conduct ongoing calls with partners to identify sales opportunities, and join sales calls to help win the business.
Training: Each new partner goes through an extensive training process that includes training on AdCellerant’s software and products. The Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for hosting these trainings and focusing on the why and the how of each product.
Strategy: One of the main revenue drivers for our partners is creating strategic proposals they can bring to their clients. This role will require building out product recommendations for their clients, and also be able to communicate the reasoning back to the partner.
Communication: Internal communication with the team will be a crucial responsibility of this role to retain and drive revenue through our partner resellers. External communication will include maintaining and elevating our standards of superior customer service, presenting complicated digital advertising information in an easy-to-understand format for our partners, their clients, and potential advertisers.
Troubleshooting: When problems arise, it will be necessary to perform troubleshooting steps to ensure that issues are properly resolved. Also, it will be part of your responsibility to document best practices so if the same issue arises in the future the team is better prepared to handle it.
Location Information:
- Remote applicants welcome! This role has the flexibility to be either fully remote or hybrid.Â
- Remote team members must live and work in the United States* (*territories excluded), and have access to reliable, high-speed internet.
- Our HQ is in Denver, Colorado. Our fun, downtown location is open for those who wish to work in the office, set visitor meetings, and collaborate with coworkers in person. Compensation:
Compensation for this role is a combination of salary and bonuses, targeting a total annual compensation range of $55,000 - $80,000.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working with customers in digital marketing, data, operations, and/or advertising
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of digital products and services
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Salesforce experience a plus
- Ability to travel up to 25% for onboarding opportunities
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
