We are looking for a very detail-oriented Client Partner Planner to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing and further developing relationships with our expansive portfolio of clients, as well as educating them on Undertone’s suite of extensive product offerings. Additionally, the Client Partner will partner with a variety of teams internally to ensure campaign success, client satisfaction and retention.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain account stability with key clients via white glove service
- Generates additional revenue via strategic upsell opportunities
- Balance up to 5 RFPs weekly across 3 AEs- deadline driven
- Coordinate campaign workflow cross departmentally to ensure campaign success
- Build strategic & customized RFP responses that will lead to IO generation
- Work with Legal/ Finance to close out opportunities
- Conduct historical & brand research for new & existing clients
- Owns troubleshooting and finds solutions to internal & external challenges
Profile and Experience
- A minimum of 1 of digital media experience in a client facing role
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required
- A highly motivated professional with a proven track record in a client facing role
- Strong knowledge of digital campaign metrics and goals (i.e. - CTR, CPA, etc.)
- Experience in managing expectations in a deadline-driven environment
- 3rd party tagging experience preferred
- Experience working in Salesforce preferredÂ
- Proficient in Excel & PPT
