Slalom Seattle is seeking a Client Partner (Principal or Senior Principal) who is looking to make a local impact, sell transformational solutions, deliver for clients & manage mid-market clients.
Client Partners are regularly and closely engaged with their clients - understanding their client's strategies and objectives, environment, and industry. They proactively identify opportunities to help clients meet their objectives and to address challenges and constraints. They are highly aware of the delivery work in which Slalom is engaged, and work with Accountable Executives to drive excellent delivery.

In this role, you will be tasked with proactively growing client relationship, identifying opportunities to help clients solve problems while ensuring high quality delivery of the entire suite of Slalom offerings.
What You'll Do
- Own direct revenue responsibility of $2.5m-$5m
- Client delivery - this role is typically 60-80% billable on client engagements.
- Responsible for profitability of assigned local accounts (revenue & utilization goals)
- Collaborate with sales executives and account operations to create account plans and execute against those plans.
- Client relationship management / seeking new relationships / building existing relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams on client outcomes and solution development, staffing and delivery.
- Ensure delivery excellence by provide oversight and governance of all sold/managed engagements on your assigned accounts
- Mitigate financial risks, people matters and billing disputes
- Drive business development with the proper information (creation of SOW, RFP responses), tools and subject matter expertise to sell engagements within the Mid and Emerging Markets and/or specific industries.
- Maintain awareness of industry best practices (if relevant) and understand how Slalom capabilities interact
- Facilitate client satisfaction surveys
- Actively coach consultants to ensure high quality delivery, help promote career growth and job satisfaction.

- Advanced project delivery (project/program management) and/or specific consulting expertise you can offer to clients.
- Client management/leadership experience, ideally within a formal management consulting environment
- The ability to effectively balance business development, contracting/negotiating, solutioning, client engagement, delivery excellence enablement, operations/financial management and team/people management all in a single role
- The ability to build lasting relationships with clients
- Active and transferable relationships within local industries (tech, utilities, retail, healthcare, life sciences, gaming, etc.)
