As a Client Partnership Specialist, you will be responsible for providing actionable and data-driven recommendations to internal stakeholders. You’ll have the opportunity to work alongside talented individuals and understand the business in-depth, support and challenge strategic options, and build state-of-the-art tools to drive value throughout our business. This position will work cross functionally with the sales team to provide data and insights to our clients based around shopper behaviors to enable better decision making across the organization. The Specialist will be accountable for creating post-campaign performance reports and case studies to create selling stories empowering the sales team to grow client relationships and revenue. 

This position is located in Denver, Colorado or with the option of full-time remote. Candidates must live in the United States, Mexico, or Canada.

What you will be doing:

  • Independently conduct analyses of large amounts of behavioral and transaction receipt data to provide our clients with actionable insights about Ibotta’s users, campaign performance, and trends in the marketplace

  • Communicate complex analyses and data intricacies in a clear, concise manner both internally as well as to external clients

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and clients to provide insightful reporting and dashboards

  • Lead trainings for our internal partners covering how to use internal reports to extract meaningful insights to provide to our clients

  • Manage stakeholder requests from inception to completion collaborating closely with Decision Scientists

What we are looking for:

  • 3+ years practical work experience in an analytics role, at least 1 year of client-facing experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Analytics, or related field

  • Ability to think creatively and provide thoughtful, agile insights

  • Ability to work collaboratively throughout the organization to drive towards common goals

  • Experience with syndicated data, specifically shopper panel and POS data

  • Strong written and verbal skills. Ability to effectively present information to internal and external audiences

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint

  • Demonstrated ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret data with excellent attention to detail

  • Effectiveness at prioritizing a diverse workload

Preferred:

  • Experience in mobile, retail or CPG industry

  • Solid foundation of category management principles, shopper metrics and experience with conducting promotional analyses

  • Advanced degree

Additional Details:

  • This position is located in Denver, CO or with the option of full-time remote and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, 401k match, and equity.

  • Base compensation range: $60,000 - $80,000. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience. This range does not apply to Canada or Mexico.
