Client Portfolio Specialist

Description
A Client Portfolio Specialist, will be the first point of contact with creditors. You will be provided with a queue of creditor accounts. Your objective is to build relationships with the creditors while negotiating on behalf of our clients. This will help our clients get out of debt sooner, for the smallest possible settlement amount.
What you'll do:
Under general supervision, qualified candidates should be able to:

• Research, verify and manage a client's portfolio of accounts after a client has agreed to the Consolidation Plus loan
• Update each account worked with accuracy & integrity
• Contact clients to obtain information, review the portfolio and obtain authorizations for settlements
• Negotiate lowest percentage possible with Creditor when applicable
• Meet and exceed monthly goals
• Experience working in a goal or production environment is also preferred
• Other tasks assigned by department leadership

What you'll bring:

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• Experience working in a goal or production environment is also preferred
• Communicate professionally with Creditors and clients while maintaining confidentiality with Freedom's internal strategies
• Consistently exercise a high degree of initiative and independence
• Detail oriented and apply policies and procedures
• Be customer focused
