YOUR IMPACT
This is a 30 hour/week, 3 month contract role. This role will report to the Senior Director, Client Success, and will be located remotely anywhere in the US.Â
Client Services Analysts (CSA) are members of Correlation One’s Client Success team, and are responsible for day-to-day recruiting operations to maintain client employer partner accounts, and enable the team’s high performance. The CSA will collaborate with Client Success Managers to post jobs, coordinate campaigns, source Fellow candidates for employer partner roles, and leverage strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders. This individual will be required to quickly acclimate to Correlation One products and programs, and understand talent development and sourcing to ensure a simplified experience for clients.
The Client Success team is expected to bring creative ideas and approaches to benefit our diverse portfolio of organizations. All team members are expected to operate at the highest levels of professionalism with all of Correlation One’s clients, fellows and partners.Â
A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Drive hiring outcomes for employer partners
- Post client partner job descriptions
- Coordinate, execute and deliver outcomes for targeted job/role marketing campaigns
- Source and screen qualified candidates for client partner roles
- Collaborate and communicate with Client Success Managers and other internal/external partners with high degree of consistency and professionalism
- Partner and collaborate across different departments within Correlation One as needed

YOUR EXPERTISE
- Passion for helping clients be successful and meet their goals
- 3-5 years of recruiting experience
- Familiarity with talent sourcing methodologies
- Experience with reporting and visualization platforms (e.g. PowerBI, Qlikview, Tableau)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Experience coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Experience in the technology, data science, education, and/or DEI recruiting specialties preferred
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or BI tools
- Quick learner - ability to grasp new concepts and technology quickly
- Experience prioritizing time/effort allocations based on anticipated value add for clients in a fast-paced and changing environment
