Client Relations Administrator (Hybrid - Flexible Options)

Broadridge is hiring! We are seeking a Client Services Administrator for our Bank and Broker Client Services team in the Investor Communications Division. The Bank and Broker Client Services team helps to support bank and broker clients of all sizes that are based throughout the country and around the world. In this role, you will help support client inquiries and requests related to regulatory communications such as US Proxy, Global Proxy, and Corporate Actions. Our mission is to ensure world class service is consistently provided to every client during every interaction.

We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote.

Responsibilities:

• Represent Broadridge and act as a centralized point of contact for your assigned clients
• Develop and maintain a strong professional relationships with day-to-day contacts for assigned clients
• Thoroughly answer all client inquiries and service requests
• Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis
• Participate in assigned projects and special tasks as assigned by management and communicate results within a set timeframe

Qualifications:

• Experience in a client relations role or equivalent experience
• Industry knowledge of Proxy and Corporate Actions is a plus
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills and analytical skills
• Very detail oriented, ability to multi-task, prioritize and follow through on tasks to meet deadlines
• A self-starter who is highly adaptable, team oriented, and results driven
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Access, PowerPoint, Word. Excel etc.)
• Ability to act in an ethical, professional manner with a client centric focus, and value being part of a diverse team #LI-PS1
