The Client Relations Coordinator collaborates with Attorneys to assist them in creating high level relationships with their clients. This position focuses on generating revenue growth for the Firm in collaboration with several internal teams.
As a Client Relations Coordinator you will:
- Generate high value interactions between Firm attorneys and senior level executives with both existing clients and prospective clients through email/LinkedIn outreach and targeted phone follow up
- Maintain a list of all pipeline activity, including leads, prospective clients, forecasts, important demographics, contact information, and account planning information in CRM
- Collaborate with a cross functional group of Partners in a variety practice groups to harness their contacts and establish context around meetings
- Coordinate across multiple schedules and products depending on assignment
- Conduct industry and white space analyses to identify natural targets for Firm pursuits
- Develop hypotheses around value proposition to potential clients based on Firm strengths and discoverable legal risk
- Identify Firm strengths and developments in the legal market
- Participate in the Business Development Strategy Team's internal innovation projects
- Engage internal and external clients by conducting dispassionate analyses of winning or losing strategies
- Facilitate communication to important clients from Private Equity Partners to C Level corporate leaders
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- At least one (1) year of related sales experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to navigate internal stakeholders and competing priorities in fast paced environment
- Ability to travel and work flexible and/or fluctuating work hours
