What You’ll Do as a Client Relations Representative
• Manage client accounts: Serve as a key point of contact, ensuring each client receives personalized attention and consistent support
• Build client relationships: Develop long-term connections through communication, service excellence, and trust
• Support business success: Resolve inquiries and guide clients through service options that align with their goals
• Drive business outcomes: Identify upsell opportunities and recommend tailored business solutions to enhance value
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with sales, support, and leadership teams to deliver a seamless client experience
• Track and manage data: Maintain detailed records of sales interactions and performance insights to improve service delivery
• Strengthen business retention: Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and ongoing engagement
