We are experiencing incredible growth due to the high demand for our credit restoration services. Ideal candidates will have a vibrant, positive can-do attitude, strong work ethic and be able to "paint a picture" in the minds of consumers about how to live a "Better Credit Life".

WHO YOU ARE:

A dependable, self-motivated, team orientated individual who has:

  • 1-2 years collections, sales, retention and/or related experience
  • Knowledge of general billing and collections procedures
  • The ability to retain customers by resolving account concerns and resell the value of our service
  • Proven to be a self-motivated and driven to make commissions
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications and the internet
  • Strong time management and organization skills and is detailed oriented
  • The ability to speak with clients while typing clear notes
  • A client centric focus with excellent interpersonal, written and business communication skills
  • Strong focus on productivity and maximizing time spent speaking with our customers

Bi-lingual in English and Spanish? That’s a plus!

WHAT YOUR DAY AS A CLIENT RELATIONS COLLECTIONS & RETENTION REPRESENTATIVE LOOKS LIKE:

  • Working with clients via inbound/outbound calls and emails in order to retain clients
  • Addressing client questions, concerns and providing education on the value of our products and services while maintaining accounts in a professional, timely manner
  • Assisting clients on bringing past due account current­ by processing payments and/or negotiating a payment agreement
  • Maintaining knowledge of business products, services, and programs and reinforce the importance of credit improvement as related to our products with every client interaction
  • Offering and/or upgrading clients to programs and services that better meet their needs
  • Consistently completing the expected number of collection calls and/or correspondence in a fast-paced goal-oriented environment
  • Maintaining the highest-level of ethics and client focus while adhering to business policies, procedures and productivity standards
  • Analyzing client feedback for account payment and/or account retention
  • Providing world-class service to business clients by consistently maintaining service levels, business communication standards, and quality measures
  • Other duties and assignments as directed
  • You will work a 9-hour shift (to include Saturday with a day off during the week) which includes an hour for lunch and other breaks with some schedule flexibility.
  • Our offices hours are:

Monday-Friday : 8am-9pm

Saturday : 10am-4pm

FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK:

Compensation

Base hourly Rate: $15.00/hour with uncapped commission. During your initial 3-week training, you will earn a guaranteed minimum. (Average annual salary: $50-$55,000)
