Client Relations Specialist (Remote)

• This position assists the entire client database and agents with in-force policy requests and services existing clients as well as ensures a positive customer experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Policy Request or changes may include but not limited to:

• Policy Loans
• Beneficiary Changes
• Ownership Changes
• Payment Assistance
• Miscellaneous Questions
• In-force policy information
• Updates client contact information inside company CRM
• Takes care of mailing policies and deliverables including preparing documents
• Scans and sorts incoming mail
• Coordinates with agents and assistants to distribute incoming mail
• General support and upkeep of correct policy information within company CRM
• Contacts customers to maintain up to date records of contact information
• Required to keep detailed notations of actions taken in connection with client accounts
• Resolving incoming client requests

• Prior experience of life insurance industry
• Working Knowledge of Salesforce Preferred
• Time and Calendar Management
• Ability to multitask efficiently
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of outlook, Microsoft Office application
• Must be able to problem solve
• Detail oriented
• Previous customer service experience
• Self-Starter
