Client Relations Specialist(Korean Speaking)
Job Description
As a Korean Speaking Client Relations Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our Korean-speaking clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Engage with Korean-speaking clients to understand their needs and provide timely and effective communication.
- Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure overall client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and proactive outreach.
- Anticipate client needs and work collaboratively with internal teams to address them.
- Investigate and resolve client concerns and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive solutions.
- Provide language support by communicating fluently in Korean and English.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in (any four year course)
- Minimum of 2-3 years of customer care experience, preferably in a role involving US-based clients.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in both written and spoken Korean and English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
