Client Relationship Director

Are you a finance and accounting professional with an entrepreneurial spirit who can solve problems with CFOs? We are currently recruiting for someone who has the drive of a business owner but wants the experience and support of an established professional services firm to grow our practice.

CliftonLarsonAllen's (CLA) Consulting and Accounting Solutions Team (CAST) provides high level finance and accounting resources on an interim or project basis for public, private and nonprofit clients ranging from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies. As the Client Relationship Director, you will be responsible for client relationship management, engagement management and sales support efforts associated with growing the CAST practice by cultivating and maintaining relationships that lead to deep client relationships and tangible growth.

Job Functions:

• Implement client relationship responsibilities.
• Maintain and expand relationships with Big Four and regional Audit Partners, Senior Audit Managers, Chief Financial Officers, Controllers and others.
• Maintains and expand relationships within current clients.
• Project manage current engagements.
• Close business, especially at strategically targeted accounts.
• Represent CLA at networking events and in public forums.
• Demonstrate exceptional client service and genuine interest in making a difference for our clients, while growing CAST revenue.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of work experience. Big Four Audit Manager or other public accounting as well as industry experience is ideal.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• CPA preferred.
