Client Relationship Manager - Remote
Job Description
Our client Relationship Manager (CRM) will exceed sales goals by growing current client account revenues. The CRM will gain and maintain full knowledge of all Association's products and services and use a consultative approach to understand and address client needs. We are looking for high-level execution at every stage of the pipeline development and sales process. You will be focused on high value accounts at Global Multinational organizations or Public Accounting firms and a portfolio of accounts that can be developed into premium accounts. You will have an annual revenue target of $1.5M - $2M and can sell all solutions including learning programs, sponsorships, and advertisements.
You Will:
Conduct and maintain account plans for each assigned client. Ensure understanding of our client's goals and potential Association solutions to meet those goals. Determine strategy and action plan for each account.
Understand the buyer personas who best represent our target client and propect within existing accounts.
Identify and nurture new relationships, provide demos by online presentations, close sales by phone and email, post-sale to ensure delivery, and high client satisfaction.
Collaborate with other teams create compelling customer-centric solutions that differentiate our products' value proposition.
Maintain a complete and accurate record of opportunities within Salesforce and provide other reporting on sales activities/results bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly.
Be the main contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs, and facilitate with internal functions to meet client needs
Maintain comprehensive understanding of our portfolio of membership, credentials and learning products.
Prospector who conducts research to understand customer profiles and the solutions they're looking for.
You Have:
- Sales goal oriented - able to grow a large portfolio with more than $1M in recurring revenue. This is a growth-oriented role and will grow portfolio revenues year on year.
- Deal positioning - able to competitively position the solution, present the solution and negotiate/gain commitment at target margins and revenues
- Prospector who conducts research to understand customer profiles and the solutions they're looking for.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience
- 6+ years' business-to-business consultative sales experience preferably in learning or high technology (services, software, or consultative environment).
- Experience building excellent client relationships at C-level within large enterprise organizations
- Prior experience managing a portfolio of accounts with experience growing revenues.
