Client Relationship Specialist
Job Description
SpotHero is seeking a Client Relationship Specialist to join our Revenue team! In this role you will answer questions from and provide solutions to our B2B operator partners. Provide phone and email support to help troubleshoot pricing, availability, and operational issues; process operator requests and clarify inputs in the pursuit of heroic account management support.

What you will do:Â
- Provide heroic account management to our partners, answering questions and making recommendations around best practices for listing parking on SpotHero.
- Partner with our Growth Managers and Operations team to assist with supporting our largest accounts.
- Interact with our operator partners via centralized phone support, text/chat, and email.
- Become a product expert, knowing our systems from front to back, inside and out.
- Work to maintain agreed-upon service levels, providing timely responses to inbound inquiries.
- Tackle ad hoc projects big and small as requested.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with Supply Operations Management on implementing improvements.
- Secure and safeguard data to preserve its integrity, reliability, and availability and ensure appropriate access levels are maintained.
- Identify and consult with partners on optimization opportunities to increase location and portfolio growth

What you bring:Â
- 0-2 years experience in communications, research, and/or account management.Â
- Efficient and highly skilled in Microsoft Office and/or Google Drive.
- Salesforce or other CRM software experience preferred but not required.Â
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy while managing a high level of work and multiple competing priorities.
