vTech Solution is looking for a bright & dynamic incumbent for the position of Client Relationship Specialist to work in its DC Office. The incumbent will be responsible for building and managing (current) clients and coordinating with senior management during client acquisition.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the entire sales process from prospecting to close (will be supported by an experienced team).
  • Lead Generation/Outbound Calling and warm lead follow-up.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Present and articulate the value of Professional Services in Direct Client & Managed Service Provider (MSP) market.
  • Develop sales pipelines and revenue forecasts.
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly sales quotas.
  • Develop effective sales strategies.
  • Deliver sales presentations and demonstrations.
  • Manage and develop assigned industry verticals.
  • Create proposals and respond to RFP's (will be supported by an experienced team for proposal writing).
  • Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues, and products.
  • Able and willing to travel.
  • Utilize CRM to track and analyze data for future activities.
  • Provide status reports to the executive team.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Business Administration or in a relevant field of education.
  • Someone with a minimum of 1-2 years sales/marketing/recruiting experience required.
  • Someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial setting and is good with social media.
  • Must be able to work independently, as well as, in a team.
  • Ability to think outside the box, implement innovative ideas and possess strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Must be a people-person with excellent communication and negotiation skill.
