Your role at Exness:

A member of the specialized client-facing department focussed on new account acquisition and uplift of existing mass retail accounts through a value-driven relationship-based approach. Client Relationship Specialist is responsible for achieving desired outcome from the allocated interactions across the client lifecycle. 

You will:

Acquisition

  • Directing customers to a specific outcome through company approved communication channels.
  • Prepare activities utilizing available tools, reports, action items and business insights to enable a productive sales activity.
  • Establish and develop business relationships with new and prospective customers to generate new business for the Company's products/services.
  • Engage with the client following the sales process and practices defined for that opportunity.

Uplift

  • Analyze the clients portfolio and contact clients who stopped or reduced trading with the company to find out the reasons. 
  • Proactively reach the client in case of any information needed from the client in order to address the payment issues. 
  • Manage the incoming clients queries and complaints 
  • Tend to customers’ needs and concerns to offer the best solutions/alternatives to customers.

What makes you a great fit:

  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in telemarketing or any relevant client facing roles within the financial services industry. 
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in Spanish and English
  • Sales-driven and motivated personality to achieve KPIs on a weekly / monthly / quarterly basis.
  • Graduating with a Bachelor degree is compulsory.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task with attention to detail and meet deadlines
  • Able to work in a team and individually when need be
