Job Summary:

The Client Reporting Analyst has responsibility for the development and analysis of contractual customer reports, performance guarantee metrics and data management for an assigned book of business. The Analyst may be assigned to support internal workgroups tasked with assessing global issues both within the Strategic Business Operations team and across the company. This individual develops specific technical, product, and industry competencies in order to facilitate general growth and knowledge among reporting team members. This individual will report to the Director of Operations Finance and Reporting.

Essential Functions:

* Development, analysis, and evaluation of key performance metrics, including financial, utilization, clinical and operational in the determination of such performance relative to contractual expectations and general performance standards as set forth by the company.
* Analyzing data, including eligibility, incentive data, operational data, using PL/SQL, Qlik, and MS Excel.
* Actively participate with and support the Account Team and matrix team members (e.g., IT, Product, Informatics, et al.) with the identification and analysis of data issues in support of continuous data integrity validation and quality improvement processes.
* Support fellow finance and reporting team members through sharing of subject matter expertise, past experiences, and general guidance regarding how to add value through financial support.
* Oversee and direct the quality assurance review of monthly activity reports including validation of results.
* Provide support to the implementation process of new contracts and the migration of existing contracts to end-state reporting environment.
* Produce and/or oversee production of monthly billing and reconciliation reports, analyzing drivers of variances from period to period in order to ensure the integrity and accuracy of customer invoices and supporting member detail.
* Perform other tasks in support of specific internal/external customer requests and for the continual enhancement of the customer relationship, as required. This will include performing ad-hoc analyses, participating in project workgroups, and supporting new customer account implementations.

Requirements

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree required,
* 3+ years of Analyst experience or similar experience as detailed above in the responsibilities section of this job description.
* 3+ years of technical program experience.
* Experience with Jira and Confluence a plus.
