Client Reporting Manager
Job Description
Primary responsibilities include providing daily research and support to supervisory attorneys and client managers, including maintaining and organizing multiple calendars, data entry, and processing client-requested reports and budgets. Candidates should be professional in appearance and demeanor, organized, motivated, a self-starter, able to multitask, work well with others, have a strong work ethic, and communicate with clients and co-workers by telephone, e-mail, letter, and in person. This is an in-office position with office hours of Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Duties may include but are not limited to:
- Supervise/Manage a list of clients on behalf of the entire department. This includes coordinating all verbal / written requests on behalf of the client as well as the firm
- Providing daily support to attorneys and client managers
- Generating client tax estimates, budgets, and other various reports as requested
- Account for attorney professional and personal data
- Execute attorney requests on a case-by-case basis
- Personal assistant tasks
- Maintain and organize multiple calendars and conference lines
- Heavy research
- Tracking appeal deadlines
- Preparing paperwork for appeal (i.e., form, cover letter, etc.)
- Managing our database of electronic client files
- Answering and routing incoming phone calls
- Processing mail and incoming correspondence
- Appearance conscious
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (Bachelor of Science or Business & Management preferred) - Candidates that do not currently hold a bachelor's degree will not be considered for this position
- Two to four years of office and real estate experience
- Minimum Cumulative Undergraduate GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale

- Financial or accounting background preferred. Some legal experience would be helpful, but not necessary as we are willing to train

Compensation:
- Starting Wage: $60,000
- 120 hours of PTO after a 90-day probation period (unused hours are forfeited annually)
- Typically, 17 plus paid holidays
