Client Service Associate

Bluespring Wealth Partners on the behalf of Curo Private Wealth are looking for a Client Service Associate to join the team!

As the Client Service Associate, you will report to the Client Service Manager. You will use excellent customer service and problem-solving skills to provide information and education to our clients

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support client meeting preparation and follow-up including assembling requisite paperwork, report generation, appointment scheduling and post-meeting documentation
• Manage client needs regarding processing, service, and problem resolution while ensuring documentation and record keeping follows compliance standards
• Partner with Broker Dealer for new account establishment, account maintenance, and compliance
• Process, submit, and service all account paperwork/requests
• Prepare consolidated performance reporting on a monthly/quarterly basis
• Maintain CRM database; ensure adherence to appropriate client service models
• Prioritize responsibilities daily to pursue our goals
• Build relationships with our clients and internal partners.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by the Operations Manager

SKILLS:

• Basic proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
• Time Management and Organization
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
• Customer Service

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• You will have at least 1 year of work experience.
• Financial services or banking industry experience beneficial.

CERTIFICATIONS:

• Series 7 or ability to obtain at the request of management
• Series 66 or ability to obtain at the request of management
