We're seeking candidates for the Client Service Associate role who possess:

• A minimum of a high school diploma.
• At least one year of experience in Client Service Associate roles or related hospitality positions such as retail or restaurants.
• The ability to apply and articulate product or service knowledge effectively.
• A commitment to continuous learning and training to elevate hospitality skills and enhance customer experiences.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and an outgoing personality with a genuine passion for helping others.
• A desire to expand in-person hospitality skills to foster deeper connections.
• Excellent communication skills.
