Client Service Associate

A fast-growing Cybersecurity company near Tyson's Corner, Virginia is hiring a team of Client Service Associates to assist users with a number of inquiries.

Compensation: $17/hour + benefits & bonus after 3 months

Main Duties:

• Resolving client inquires in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner through telephone, email, and live chat functions

• Working with clients that have difficult situations and concerns

• Assisting clients and members on setting up accounts to protect sensitive information

• Responsible for handling sensitive information and data

• Providing excellent customer service to members

• Excellent communication skills
