Your Role and Responsibilities
Defines and oversee a list of dependent projects needed to reach the program’s overall goals; has oversight of the purpose and status of the projects in a program and can use this oversight to support project-level activity to ensure program goals are met by providing a decision-making capacity. Responsible for ensuring the overall health of projects and workflows for business teams.
Engaged as an independent professional. Ability to articulate and compare alternatives approaches. Negotiate with specified objectives.
Recognize problems related to project objectives. Creativity and judgment applied to professional technical or operational problems. Independently generates solutions based on analytical skills & business knowledge. Challenge the validity of given procedures and processes to enhance and
improve or develop complementary adjustments /solutions.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 5+ years’ experience in Project Management Program Management.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Must be client focused and have good problem solving & decision-making skills.
• Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Suite and ability to learn other software systems
• Ability to work well both with groups and independently in an office setting and Remote
• Program management certified
• MBA Finance

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• 5+ years’ experience in Project Management Program Management complex programs
• Finance background
