As the Client Service Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for clients and consulting teams focused on enhancing the client experience. You will coordinate all operational service activities with internal teams. You will also monitor completion of activities and serve as single contact for cohesive communications. Additionally, you will:

• Serve as client point of contact for onboarding new institutional relationships and oversee all steps in the onboarding process
• Conduct post-meeting activity review with consultants
• Proactively communicate with clients to ensure integrity of client data, create client recognition, and maintain gauge of satisfaction with company services
• Identify opportunities to implement efficiencies within the consultant teams as it relates to operational activity
• Effectively oversee and execute client service projects associated with strengthening client relationships working closely with Director of Client Service, Head of Consulting, and outside service providers
• Serve as mentor to junior operations staff to promote familiarity of processes and expand team depth including training new client service hires
• Serve as firm's liaison with preferred custodian relationship managers and perform due diligence on potential new relationships
• Serve as firm's liaison with external auditors and compliance for annual surprise custody audit and responsible for all firm-wide deliverables related to the audit

What You'll Need to be Successful:

• At least 10 years of experience in the investment management industry with specific client service and trading systems experience including alternative investments such as hedge funds and private capital
• Bachelor's degree
• A strong background in financial operations to resolve account specific administrative and operational issues
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
• Understanding of investment terminology
• Proficient computer skills with ability to learn proprietary software
