Client Service Representative Summary:

Client Service Representative/Compliance Analyst

RSM is seeking a Client Service Representative(CSR)/Compliance Analyst to join our Risk Advisory practice.This is a temporary 6-9 month project.

We areseeking a self-motivated, professional and responsible individual to focus oncompliance services for clients in the government and public sector. Thisis a critical role where you can truly make a difference in the success of theteam.

As part ofour team, you will assist us in delivering outstanding services to ourclient.

Responsibilities include:

• Meeting with clients and conducting compliance projects
• Working directly with client personnel to complete consulting services and discuss results
• Conducting testing related to client engagement parameters in a timely manner
• Preparing reports on services performed for clients; delivering reports where appropriate and discussing results with clients
• Completing client projects effectively and efficiently and maintaining a high level of proficiency
• Develop an understanding of client business objectives

Basic Qualifications:

• Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Decision making, problem solving and analytical skills
• High level of professionalism
• Travel is limited, with there being no overnight travel

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of work experience with federal grants and/or regulatory compliance is a plus
• Ability to work 40 hours a week
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
