Client Service Representative

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. Duties • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track interactions and manage customer accounts effectively. • Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their requirements. • Collaborate with sales and project management teams to facilitate seamless communication and ensure customer expectations are met. • Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, providing guidance on our financial services. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. • Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their needs are being met and to gather feedback on their experience. • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and improve service delivery. Experience • Proven experience in customer service or account management roles is preferred. • Ability to analyze situations quickly and make informed decisions to resolve issues efficiently. • Experience with project management principles is beneficial but not required. • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills is essential.
