Client Service Representative (Hybrid - Flexible Options)

Broadridge is hiring! We are seeking a Client Service Representative to join our dynamic team! This position will primarily be responsible for managing proxy mailings, responding to client inquiries, providing reports, issuing proxy vote reports and maintaining a professional relationship with our constituents, clients and colleagues.

We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote.

Responsibilities:

• Expand personal knowledge and skills through ongoing professional development and collaboration with fellow associates
• Adhere to company procedures and policies to represent the company's best interest in their individual actions
• Answer client requests via telephone and email
• Create and maintain customized client reports
• Coordinate internally to respond to client inquiries and initiatives
• Act as a client advocate through interaction with internal departments
• Ability to research and troubleshoot daily inquiries as they occur and identify trends and implement solutions
• Monitor the effectiveness of systems, policies and procedures to ensure daily operations are efficient

Qualifications:

• Ability to train, learn and interact with team members in a work-from-home environment
• Excellent organization and presentation skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Capability to thrive in a fast paced working environment
• Ability to set priorities, multi task, and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft products (Access Database Building and Maintenance a Plus)
• Must work in ethical, professional manner for a client centric, operational management position
• Ability to address escalated and sensitive issues #LI-PS1
