Client Service Representative
Job Description
We’re looking for aClient Service Representativewho takes pride in delivering thoughtful, professional support and building lasting relationships. You don’t need a long résumé—what matters most is your ability to communicate clearly, handle client needs with care, and provide a reliable, high-quality experience across every interaction.
Salary starts at $29 per hour
Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients via phone, email, and chat with questions, requests, and issue resolution
•
Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our CRM or support platform
•
Troubleshoot problems and ensure timely follow-up and resolution
•
Coordinate with internal teams to support client needs and resolve recurring issues
•
Provide clear updates, confirmations, and information on services or processes
•
Identify ways to improve the client experience and streamline communication
•
Represent the company with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail
Requirements:
•
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
•
Comfortable using CRM and support tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk)
•
Dependable, professional, and client-focused
•
Able to manage multiple client interactions in a fast-paced environment
