How you will contribute to LifeNet Health's success:

As the Client Services Account Coordinator, you will provide customer service and administrative support for LifeNet Health's internal and external customers, partners, and other clients. Receive and coordinate consignment, special fee and other special requests. Manage collections efforts for their assigned region. Provide customer service and technical support to client and potential clients striving for the highest level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

What you'll do:

  • Manages and coordinates all regional audits, all billing issues; coordinates and resolves all customer service complaints with their region.
  • Processes and coordinates necessary customer transactions (such as, but not limited to orders, billing returns and consignment orders.)
  • Manages and coordinates all regional requests for consignment and special pricing with the Sales Administration Group.
  • Works closely with LifeNet's internal and external customers and alliance partners by providing support and feedback regarding clients in their region.
  • Maintains a working knowledge and staying up to date on all LifeNet Health allografts and associated knowledge of LifeNet Health's alliance partnerships.
  • Provides back-up phone support within the department as needed.
  • Rotates weekly on call responsibilities involving emergency orders and customer service issues.
  • Maintains a working knowledge of tissue banking principles including procurement, processing, and application techniques.

What you'll bring (Minimum Requirements):

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3 years of customer service experience in a call center, customer service department or allied health organization

These would be nice too (Knowledge Skills and Abilities):

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g., MS Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Able to relay relevant information either by verbal or written expression
  • Able to perform tasks thoroughly and with care; checks work to ensure accuracy and completeness
