About the Role:

The on-site (Richardson, TX) Client Services Admin is responsible for completing all assigned administrative tasks to assist with warranty reimbursement filings on behalf of our automotive dealership clients.

Qualified Candidates Need:

• Dealership service department or automotive industry experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to maintain focus while performing repetitive, computer-based tasks
• Ability to learn and be comfortable working with office equipment such as printers & scanners
• Ability to work independently in a fast- paced environment with minimal supervision
• Ability to learn new software applications and be comfortable working on diverse types of computer programs, with a strong working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office preferred
• Ability to perform duties with goal-oriented work methodology and adhere to stringent timelines
• Strong knowledge of Google tools preferred
• Strong professional verbal and written communication skill, and interpersonal skills

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Utilize PDF editing tools to prepare client’s digital invoices for submission to automotive manufacturers
• Review client invoice data sets to ensure validity
• Utilize office equipment such as printers and scanners for document preparation
• Ensure defined processes and verbal instructions are followed and completed in an efficient manner and that priority items are addressed within the given timelines
• Occasionally communicate with Dealership Management via phone and email
• On occasion may be expected to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Other duties and special projects assigned by or approved by management
