We are currently seeking a Client Services Associate (CSA) within our Client Services Department. CSA's act as Account Managers for a designated set of Regional Account Manager's (RAM's) handling their orders and servicing their accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the entire order process for specific RAM's, and any accounts that are assigned to those RAM's, in Salesforce.com (SFDC). Order-related tasks include (but are not limited to):
    • Entering all orders into SFDC
    • Faxing follow-up requests to the Ordering Provider (i.e. order received confirmation, missing info request, clinical discrepancy, specimen received confirmation, etc.) and following up consistently to obtain any information required to proceed with the order
    • Faxing block requests to pathology and following up regularly to expedite specimen retrieval
    • Resolving holds on orders so blocks received can begin testing ASAP
  • Monitoring reports within SFDC to maintain TAT KPI's for your RAM's/ Accounts
  • Handling Physician Call Back Requests
  • Creating Physician Portal Accounts
  • Completing SFDC Updates Requests
  • Following Up on Resulted Folders and QNS Cases
  • Addressing Incoming Calls/ Emails
  • CSA's are responsible for monitoring the main Client Services email inbox to check for incoming orders, missing info, etc. that's faxed in.
  • They are also responsible for ensuring their portal orders are printed and entered in SFDC in a timely manner

Qualifications

  • REQUIRED: 2-5 years of professional work experience, preferably in a Corporate office setting
  • Excellent written & verbal communication and experience handling business related calls and emails
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with an ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
  • Professional and courteous demeanor
  • Self-starter who takes ownership of their workload and thrives in a team atmosphere

Biotheranostics, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hologic, Inc., develops and provides molecular-based diagnostic, prognostic, and predictive tests that support physicians in the individualized treatment of cancer patients.

The annualized base salary range for this role is $38,400 to $57,600 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
