Job Description

DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW:
The Client Services Department is responsible for the relationship management of all Premium season ticket Memberships and full-season suites (Dell Technologies Level, Dell Technologies Club, Dugout Club, Front Row Club and State Street Pavilion Club Club).
 
POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a hospitality focused individual who can help create premium level experiences at Fenway Park. This individual will play a key role in developing the experiences of our members and assisting club managers with navigation members through the baseball season. The position will have both a game day and office component. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with planning and execution of various Premium Membership special events: batting practice, cocktail parties, and Premium Member of the Game. This includes but is not limited to handling ticket distribution, check-in for events, assisting Red Sox Legends, and handling all photography needs
  • Creating unique experiences and have a passion for hospitality that align with the overall goals of the Client Services department
  • Prepare all club spaces for games & special events by following the guided checklist for each club location
  • Assist with all activations associated with the Client Services’ Family Day program
  • Work with our facilities team to ensure all clubs meet premium standards
  • Schedule and facilitate all trophy visits for the department
  • Assist with uploading and organizing photos taken during games and activities
  • Assist in the day-to-day maintenance and evolution of our Salesforce platform
  • Assist with organizing homestand client entertainment budget
  • Contribute in the day-to-day amenity approvals and tracking

CHARACTERISTICS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to commit to the November 2023 - November 2024 timeline
  • Ability to commit to a minimum of 35 hours a week throughout the year long position
  • Bachelor’s Degree in hospitality, business or marketing related fields preferred
  • Innovative, process-oriented and well-organized
  • Passion and committed to providing a high standard of customer service
  • Experience with Salesforce or a CRM based platform preferred. Qualtrics and ProVenue or ticket based program is a plus
  • Ability to work extended hours including nights, weekends and holidays
