Client Services Coordinator
Job Description
Are you self-motivated and thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment? ePATHUSA is hiring for full-time Client Services Coordinator position to support IT Client Services and Staffing teams with:
- Organize candidates' data (e.g. resumes, assignments and contact details), a ssess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System .
- Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies.
- Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability.
- Conducting in-depth research t o create job descriptions that reflect each position's requirements .
- Developing content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media, and the company website.
- Assisting the marketing team in developing content for advertising campaigns.
- Lead employer branding initiatives .
- Coordinate interviews and contact applicants, as needed.
- Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks.) to assist team.
- Design candidate experience surveys and analyze feedback.
- Organize our employee referral process, including asking for referrals and managing bonus requests.
Requirements
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Highly proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- Experience using professional social networks (LinkedIn, in particular).
- Excellent organizational skills, highly detailed.
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
- Work experience as a Client Services Coordinator, Marketing Coordinator, Administrative Coordinator, or Recruiting Coordinator preferred
