How you will contribute to LifeNet Health's success:

As the Client Services Database Analyst you will enter and maintain accurate customer master database information.

This role is critical to the LifeNet Health mission because it is responsible for entering customer information for our lifesaving and health restoring allografts for patients both in the United States and around the globe.

What you'll do:

• Performs SAP Customer Master Changes in the customer database. Creates master load sheets& imports in SAP. Performs mass updates to the database and makes configuration changes and performs customer account updates as required.
• Develops & maintains sales territory master database updates the customer master database with territory changes; adds new accounts as requested.
• Updates business partner relationships in the customer master and the territory master.
• Conducts pricing audits for special fee and list prices identifying errors before pricing is entered as well as correcting previous errors.
• Produces Client Service Metrics reports as required.

What you'll bring (Minimum Requirements):

• High School or GED, Associate's Degree or higher (Business or related field) preferred
• 5 years' experience in a similar position with focus on analyzing data including pricing data using a database

• Ability to communicate with individuals via written and verbal communication proficiently.
• Computer knowledge
