Client Services Director

Nucleus Group Holdings, Inc., seeks a Client Services Director in Yardley, PA, to leverage extensive scientific and industry expertise; serve as strategic partner to clients; rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals; manage and mentor Client Services teams along with Shared Services teams to deliver projects; manage financials of client accounts within financial reporting guidelines; support the business lead in forecasting and delivering financial targets;  facilitate and integrate new and diversified service offerings; participate in new business development efforts; develop, maintain, and manage relationships between clients and the Account Team; manage a book of project net revenue to be set annually; identify and secure new business opportunities; and contributes to diversification of projects with at least 10% of organic revenue growth (based on a number of factors – including client, type of projects, life cycle of drugs, etc., and ultimately based on discussions with the Senior Vice President).  Requires a minimum bachelor’s degree in business, management, project management, marketing or sales or similar field or its foreign equivalent and 10 years’ experience in project management in medical communications or pharmaceuticals.  Send resume to Christine Gunderson, Nucleus Group Holdings, Inc., 800 Township Line Road, Suite 300, Yardley, PA 19067.
