Our success has led to continued expansion both in the range of services we offer and our global presence. We are now looking for a talented and enthusiastic Client Services Director.

As a Client Services Director, you will be responsible for developing your team and being part of the wider company management team. In this position you will act as a strategic partner to the client whilst applying a high level of scientific and commercial expertise.  You will lead and motivate multiple large account teams to excel with on-going projects and provide strategic and tactical direction both internally and to major clients and opinion leaders. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and seeking ways to ensure competitive advantage, through the delivery of a diverse range of projects.

To succeed, you must have a BSc in life sciences, ideally combined with a MSc or PhD and therapeutic experience in the area(s) of virology, oncology, or rare diseases. You will have a wealth of experience leading large scale projects and teams across a variety of deliverables; as well as expertise in developing and leading strategic communications programmes/plans on global accounts. Strong business development experience, coupled with the ability to develop, maintain and inspire exceptional relationships with clients, are essential for this role.
