About the role

We currently have exciting opportunities for an experienced account leader to join the group in the role of As Client Services Director, you will provide strategic consultation to the client(s) and assist in the active pursuit of new business opportunities with existing or new clients to deliver revenue growth. You will also identify and help to develop strategic relationships with partners or potential customers. You will be responsible for multiple lines of business, client relationships and developing, maintaining and managing the relationship between the client and client services staff.

As a Client Services Director you will report into a VP of Client Services. This role is remote or hybrid and does have expectations for monthly client visits in the Yardley, PA area.

About you:

To succeed, you must have a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in life sciences (advanced degree, preferred). You will also have a wealth of account-handling experience within an agency/pharmaceutical environment. The successful candidate will have previous experience successfully managing large scale projects and staff. Other required skills include strong project management and organization, excellent written and verbal communication and the ability to maintain strong client relationships.
