As with any growing business, roles and responsibilities will evolve and here’s a rundown of expectations as they stand today:

• Creator Identification: Lead creator identification for campaigns. This role requires sourcing & partnering with creators across the large main social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snap, etc). 
• Creator Relationships & Management: lead all Creator communication from negotiations and contracting to briefing, campaign onboarding and overseeing content creation and posting. This role will require building strong relationships with creators and talent managers.  
• Development of Campaign Materials: Prepare key campaign materials such as creative briefs, key messages, mood boards and content guidelines.  
• Creative Quality: Work closely with the Campaign Manager to give feedback and approve all content
• Campaign Management & Performance: Work closely with the Campaign Manager on day-to-day execution of campaigns, including content reviews, posting and reporting. 

• Have 1+ years’ experience in the general creator landscape 
• Have experience or an interest in working with beauty and fashion brands
• Have strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills
• Have a love for social media and content creators
• Have a creative & curious mindset and a can-do attitude
• Appreciate and understand the value of great creativity
• Thrive in an environment where collaboration, flexibility and scrappiness are valued more than job titles, rigid structure and legacy ways of working
• Be a team player, willing to roll their sleeves up and dive in

The salary range for this role is $50,000 - $55,000
